Novi Electrics

Novi was recommended to me by my neighbours when I needed an emergency call. He came that same day and as I wasn't able to be at the property, he sent me videos and photos. He was great to deal with - easy communication, transparent about the work and a fair price. I'd highly recommend him and he will be my go-to for any future electrical issues.

Can’t recommend Novi highly enough. Sorted a tricky electrical problem for me with no fuss. Reliable, responsive, very very reasonably priced. Lovely to deal with and feel very lucky to now have his details for next time! 1000% brilliant.

SO happy I found Novi! I looked for electricians near me that had good Google reviews when I needed an emergency visit having never used an electrician in the area before and I’m so happy I called Novi. During the cold spell a few weeks ago, my heat decided to completely stop working along with no hot water. I called Novi and he explained to me his hourly rate, and that he could be to me within 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would, identified two separate issues, fix both within an hour. He was incredibly professional and kept me informed while he was working, explaining to my simple brain what the problem was. I plan to go back to Novi for future electrical work we need (and have saved his number!)

Novi did an amazing job. I needed the work done fairly quickly, and he was quick to respond to me, showed up on time and the quality of his work was excellent. He took his time to make sure that I was happy with the changes that were being made, was patient with my questions and helped me fix another electrical fault that we identified while doing the other work. Thanks so much Novi!

Novi did a fantastic job installing a new fuse box. He was very professional and knowledgeable, his prices are very reasonable and he is really reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Novi came to install a new oven and tidy up the messy old electrics from a previous installation. He did a great job, he managed to come out to us at the drop of a hat and got the job done quickly and professionally. His communication is great and he’s a super friendly guy. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely be calling him for future jobs.

In addition to the aforementioned attributes of NoviElectrics, I would add the following: Novi fitted a new bathroom fan, recessed lighting, changed numerous electrical sockets and switches that were causing us trouble, put in down-lights, new wall lights, and two ceiling lights. He is honest, friendly, and professional. Novi was always on time, and gave us a clear itemised price on everything he was doing. What he has done for us is perfect, and his prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend Novi.

Novi’s communication was and continues to be, thorough and professional. The new installations are efficient and all perform flawlessly, giving us great peace of mind. In addition to being thorough and professional, Novi is honest, friendly, responsive, and a super nice guy. We were impressed by the careful thought he put into solving a challenging wiring issue in our bathroom. What sets him apart is his patience explaining your specific situation and creating good solutions. Novi Electrics does outstanding work at affordable prices, and I would highly recommend them for any of your electric needs. Novi is a top notch electrician, and a credit to his profession. It has been an absolute pleasure.

Novi came to install 5 new electric wall heaters in our flat and we were so impressed! He was very professional, did a fantastic job and was also the most affordable out of the quotes we received. Can’t recommend him enough! Thanks again.

I had such a good experience with Novi Electrics. He helped install 4 hanging lamp shades and they look amazing. He is very trustworthy and the lamps work perfectly. He also gives good advice in advance to make sure you buy the correct parts. Really happy with the service.

Novi refitted a ceiling rose and a light that has not worked for a very long time. He responded very quickly to my phone call and at all times was curtious ,friendly and polite. He clearly explained the work he was doing. His rate was very reasonable and his work was efficient fast and clean.I would strongly recommend him.

Over the past three or so years, Novi has done a large number of jobs in two properties and I have always been very happy about his work. From installing additional plugs, to new lamps and fixing faults, he has been very reliable, excellent quality and reasonably priced. What more could you ask! In fact, on top of his great work, Novi is also easy to deal with, answers all my questions so I can understand and makes useful suggestions to arrive at the most suitable outcomes.

Novi really helped us when we needed work done very quickly and by a certain date. He moved things around at short notice and worked over the weekend so we could make the deadline. He is professional and genuine and definitely a man of his word! Would highly recommend Novi electrics, great service, fair price!! Thank you!! 😃

Novi Electrics were great, we had a number of jobs left over from our refurbishment, and some outdoor lighting and a tricky doorbell set up. Vali was great, suggesting what we might need and executing the jobs really well. He was prompt, polite and really helpful and charged a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Novi again and will be recommending them.

Novi recently upgraded our fuse board, installed some downlights and new circuits, and various other tasks. He was very helpful over email and text to discuss the job. The work was completed quickly over a few visits and Novi was accommodating and flexible with his time. Overall, friendly and professional - thanks!
