After receiving a couple of quotes from other companies and being given the run around by one, I contacted DWM Plumbing. Dexter responded straight away and came out soon after, at an arranged time, to assess the work needed for two undersink water heaters. After coming to see us, Dexter said the quote would be with us within a few days. It was, and having had other quotes, I was really pleased with the price. The online quote made it easy to accept. I then contacted Dexter to arrange an installation date. This was all arranged for the Thursday and, on the Monday, Dexter contacted me to ask if we could move the installation to the following Tuesday as the current job was taking slightly longer than expected. I had no issue with this at all and was glad to have the heads up. I would much rather be given notice in advance than have someone turn up stressed or trying to rush the job on the day. When Tuesday came, Dexter arrived and got straight to work. The installation took a day and a half, and Dexter and his team were great throughout. They were tidy, polite and even cleaned up after themselves and took all of their rubbish away — which was great, as we all know not every tradesperson will do that! Thank you to Dexter and the team for your professionalism and excellent service. I would highly recommend DWM Plumbing & Heating.

UPDATE September 2026. Had DWM back again to fit a new sink and vanity unit in our downstairs WC and remove a radiator from the dining room. No surprise to me but they were amazing. Polite, professional and gave advice whilst doing a great job. Did extra work to make it easier for decorators that were following at no extra cost. Would highly recommend Dexter and team. 2025: Dexter was responsive, friendly and professional in our initial communications. When he came to do the work he talked me through what he would be doing and then just got on with it. Super job done on 3 toilets and replacement of a kitchen tap. Will definitely be calling on Dexter again and would highly recommend.

Made an emergency call in an evening. Niall talked me through some steps to investigate cause of leak. Came out the next morning as requested, found the problem, fixed it and made good. Polite, thorough service. Friendly an helpful. Will definitely use again and would happily recommend.

I've just had a boiler installation by Sines and I would thoroughly recommend them. The boiler and hot water tank were moved to the loft which you would think would be quite an upheaval but it was completed with the minimum of fuss and to an excellent standard.
