Steve, Martin and the team helped us tackle a gas leak, blown boiler and leaking water cylinder which all happened at once. It was a big project but they were able to still fit us into their schedule and complete the job to a very high standard in quick time. The whole team including the office staff were a pleasure to deal. Thanks to Steve for the use of the heaters while we had no gas. Solid, reliable & reputable firm.

From Steve's visit to advise on our best options to Simon & Martyn fitting our new combi boiler, I remain hugely impressed by this company. The fitters turned up at 7.30 on the dot each day and although there was lots of mess during the works, they cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day and it was a pleasure having them in the house. Highly recommended.

It was great experience from the very first moment and having our old boiler checked to the end having new one installed. Sarah was communicating everything very clearly throughout the process so I always knew where things were and what are the next steps. Boiler check, installation and all service around was absolutely amazing - gents are doing wonderful job leaving you with confidence that everything has been installed properly, according to manufacturer specification and safe. All works were done very neatly and professionally. Also, all of them were super nice, friendly and happy to answer any question that I got. Steve is absolutely fantastic amd saved the day after another local company’s mis diagnosed a fault on our boiler. He came out instantly and acted above and beyond what he had to amd this resolved our no heating within 10 min after paying out lots of money to two other company’s. Thanks thanks amd thanks again. I can’t recommend Sines highly enough. I phoned them on a Saturday morning after waking to find that the boiler was not working. At 1 degree outside it wasn’t the best time to be without heating and hot water. They were honest in admitting that it wasn’t a boiler they specialised in so they probably wouldn’t have the parts in stock but they would phone around some other places to see if they could get them. To cut a long story short, within a few hours they had sourced the part, fitted it and we had heating and hot water again. This was the first time I had used Sines and will definitely use them again. They were friendly and went out of their way to help. The cost for an emergency call out on a Saturday and the parts was also very reasonable. If you want an honest and professional plumbing or heating engineer, I would recommend Sines.

Can’t say how great these guys are. My mums boiler completely went a week before Xmas and they rushed around to sort out a boiler and installed it in 24hrs! Can’t thank them enough for this as my 74 year old mother had heat and hot water back on within a day. Steve and his crew were polite, clean and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone

When our boiler failed, Sines went out of their way to ensure we were up and running again as quickly as possible. Sarah in the office did a great job getting the appointments organised and keeping us well informed. Steve and the team were so professional and efficient, installing the new boiler and dealing with other issues with the existing setup that became apparent during the course of the work. It was all completed within the day, they were clean and tidy and carefully explained what they had done and how it all worked. Sines went above and beyond, and the workmanship was excellent. Put a meter in our boiler and told us it was producing massive levels of carbon monoxide, used the word lethal 5 or 6 times, shut off boiler but ALL LIES. Tried to get us to sign for £6K replacement, with no schedule guarantee. Got boiler checked by qualified engineer, tested fine at 43ppm CO, with estimate further 20 years life. Beware!!

Excellent and professional services provided by Sines when we had an emergency when our boiler broke beyond repair. Customer service provided a swift and sympathetic response. The company as a whole made a potentially very stressful and cold house move so much easier. The communication from this company was fantastic throughout. After having to condemn our boiler the day after I moved in they brought around plenty of portable electric heaters to make sure we had enough heat through the cold evenings until we had to decided what to do next. We decided to go with this company for a new boiler and were very impressed with all the guys that attended and they lefts the carpets cleaner than when we moved in. Overall I was very happy using a local company who were knowledgeable and reliable, highly recommend

I can’t speak highly enough about this company, after a few emergencies and needing immediate help I was given the best customer service from start to finish. They fitted me in and took the time to make sure finer details, such as, thinking about school pick up times etc were considered. The jobs were done with professionalism and were finished very speedily. All members of the team I dealt with were prompt and considerate, especially very respectful of our home. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for these services, so pleased we went with Sines.

Following a repair to a leak efficiently carried out by Darrell, it was recommended that the wiring to the heating system controls be checked. Martin and Simon came, the problem was immediately identified. Martin carried out the rewire and fitted new controls. The work was done quickly and very professionally. Sines have just finished installing a new heating system for me. This is the fourth house I have owned that I have used them to overhaul the heating system. I can't fault them and would strongly recommend, they don't oversell, they are fairly priced, tidy in their work and get jobs complete on time. Steve and his team are just nice guys to deal with too, which is important on bigger jobs when they can be in your house for days! I wouldn't consider using another plumber.

Avoid at all costs - sent someone out to first service who caused black smoke to billow out and had to come back. Then had to visit 5 times to fix as the boiler broke down four months later, left us with a temporary flue and promised to come back. Emailed chasing, they then email a service reminder and despite chasing three times no response. No surprise less than 3 months later the boiler goes again…

We have had a new boiler fitted by Sines Plumbing this week, extremely satisfied with the high standard of work. The fitters they sent Martyn and Simon were incredible helpful, friendly and explained everything in respect of the work they were completing. We could not recommend them highly enough. We would also like to thank Steve for spending 3 hours on a Saturday evening determined to get our boiler fixed when it broke down. We can't thank him enough. We also like to say thank you to Sarah who handled the administration, a total pleasure to speak to.

Annual boiler service and central heating system check just been done. We have used Sines Plumbing & Heating for many years. Always a first class service. Polite & courteous staff. Also used them to fit full air con system to our house earlier in the year.

I’m disappointed to have to leave this feedback, as I have used Sines previously multiple times, and have always been very satisfied with the quality of workmanship of their jobs. However, their customer service appears to have gone downhill as of late. I tried to book a boiler service with them. Whilst they initially came back with a price list of different options promptly, they then went quiet when I asked questions about which would be suitable. A few weeks later, I chased by phone and had lengthy and bizarre conversation with Sarah, who seemed to claim my account details with them were locked and they couldn’t book anything at this stage. She also suggested that I research whether my boiler manufacturer allowed service by non-accredited engineer - you would think that the company knows which boiler manufacturers they can or cannot service. Sarah said that she would follow up and see what the issue with the account was and get back to me, and in the meantime asked me to send over details of the boiler. I did so, however to this day, several months later, I am still yet to hear anything from them. In the end I gave up and used another company who did an excellent job with no fuss. I’m at a loss to explain what happened here - if they were too busy to take on a job for me they could have just said so, and I’d have thought no less of them. Instead, I believe their behaviour is incredibly rude, and will not use them again.
