All their engineers are excellent and don't make a mess, they will always prioritise the work depending on the situation, they carry out a good job at a sensible price. Had the Cylinder replaced and the central heating converted to a closed sytem with an expansion vessel. Excellent service from Forte we had a boiler change as it had broken down and they responded fast to the call out, identifying the issue confidently and reliably. They discussed our options to repair or replace and we decided to replace due to the boilers age. Forte came and done a brilliant swap and has all been working perfectly since. Great work from George, really polite and professional. Identified the issue efficiently. Sourced and replaced the boiler parts that he could on the day. Then returned returned two days later with the other parts. Fixed the leaking ARV that was causing the pressure drop in our heating system, and gave the boiler a full strip down service. Forte Heating Services replaced our boiler, completed a power flush, and rebalanced the radiators. Really happy with the work completed, very neat job. The heating is performing better than ever. I had a problem with my boiler and needed an engineer to resolve the issue. I had a call back from Forte Heating within the hour of my initial contact and a visit later the same day to assess the problem. The boiler was temporarily fixed and Forte Heating quickly arranged the required replacement part, which was fitted along with our annual service. Everyone my husband and I have dealt with has been brilliant; thank you to Laura, Mike & George. We will certainly continue using Forte Heating and won’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Quick response, punctual arrival, and high-quality work. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the heating system is now working perfectly. Professional, trustworthy, and reasonably priced — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The boiler service was good and chap who did it was friendly, however, they tried to charge an additional £60 for an hours work when they weren’t here. They did check some other things in the house but that took less than 5 minutes and their quote said they would do that and I’d only be charged extra if extensive investigation is required. The service itself took less than an hour but the chap was parked on the drive for a little longer. I was quite shocked they behave like this given their other reviews.

Marvelous job done by the team . Had all our Microbore small pipes replaced by standard size pipes. All radiators replaced , new cylinder for hot water , tank removed from loft. Water feed direct from mains water, resulting in better water pressure. A lot of work involved , carpets and floorboards had to come up , furniture and belongings had to be moved. Great care was taken while doing this, everything was tidied up and hoovered at the end of each day. We would like to thank , Joe, Josh , Sean and George for all their hard work , They were polite and courteous at all times. Our house has never been so warm and the hot water is plentiful . Would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Our gas boiler started dripping water and the hot water failed. Forte Heating attended site quickly to rectify after a quick call to them. It was a great relief to have our central heating and hot water back in service with minimal inconvenience.

I’ve use Forte for years and will continue to do so. It’s not often you find people who you can truly trust but these guys are top drawer.

I needed a small job doing so looked very locally to find someone. If I’m honest I hate finding new trades people and when it’s a small job it’s often even harder. I used Whatsapp to book in so I could send a picture of the problem and got a response from Laura pretty quickly and then booked in. Max arrived in the time slot I was given, took his boots off and very quickly sorted the problem taking us through what our options were and some complications. Once the work was done he checked everything he needed to and was done. So I’ll definitely use them again. Invoice was easy to pay too!

Brilliant Service from Forte Heating Services Ltd. We had an issue in our bathroom on a Sunday evening…reached out and spoke to Mike, who responded quickly to my call saying that someone could attend first thing the following day. Josh arrived on time and diagnosed the issues within minutes. The work was done efficiently and professionally, with further recommendations for review. On completion everything was to a high standard and finish and to note Josh was clean and tidy throughout which we was really appreciated. Pricing was fair and upfront, with no surprises and within the initial estimate given. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great service from start to finish!

Forte's technician came to fix the low water pressure in my shower, but the job was not done properly. They sent me the invoice and informed me that if I request another visit, I will be charged again. I do not recommend this company.

Josh came out to assess fixing our shower - he was super efficient, and made sure it was cost effective for us. It was all sorted within half an hour! Couldn’t recommend enough. Thankyou!

Really pleased with the professional manner of your engineer, you can tell he really cares about his work and his company, throughly reccomended!

Our heating stopped working and came up with the fault code CON which meant we needed a new part fitting. We firstly had a lovely man called Sean come out who checked it was definatly what we suspected it was and also fixed a small leak we had no clue about and then a couple of days later when the part arrived a nice man called George came out to fit the new part. They were both very knowledgable and polite and we now have heating so are very happy customers. Will be going back to them in the future for our yearly service.

Never been let down by Forte , lovely guys who take pride in their work. Would recommend them to anyone. Have used them for years and will continue to do so

A relatively complicated installation: moving the boiler from the kitchen to the airing cupboard with associated new gas flow through two bedrooms and condensate drain into the bathroom. They also had to install a new flue onto a difficult-to-access slate roof. The team - George and Josh - were hardworking, completing the task in about two and half days. George even sorted out the incorrect pipework in the existing CH system. The radiators now are hotter than they have been and, as a consequence, the house warmer. Forte heating provided a great service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Really amazing experience. Needed to replace my old boiler and tanks with a new combi system and these guys did such a great job. I got around 5 quotes altogether and Forte Heating were hands down the best option - they didn't add lots of unnecessary extras and they had the best attitude. They were super respectful, explained everything well, gave good suggestions, and put us at ease. The guys that came to fit the boiler were also great, very tidy, explained how everything worked, and did an amazing job! Can't fault them one bit!

George did a thorough job of the boiler service. He was competent, helpful and easy deal with. He helped us recover the warranty on the boiler which the installer had failed to register.

Hot water cylinder, cylinder thermostat and hot water tap cartridge replacement I've been using Forte Services for several years now for boiler service and repairs. They're quick to reply and book appointments, competitive on price but more importantly are trustworthy, happy to explain the work and ensure great customer service. There's no sucking in of breath, smoke and mirrors on costs or perpetuating the myth that central heating and plumbing is a dark art. They're friendly, transparent on prices, down to earth and reliable. Everything you could ask for in a Heating & Plumbing supplier. More than happy to recommend them.

They provided high quality workmanship, are knowledgeable and pay attention to detail including sorting a wiring problem with 3 way valve due to previous installation. Beat British Gas on price and delivery (by over a month!). I now use them for all my heating and plumbing needs. Highly recommended

Forte Heating were the only company that came to quote when they said they would and were so courteous, polite and knowledgable that I had no hesitation in using them. My house had a very old heating system that had to be completely replaced which Michael and Sean did with the minimum of mess and they turned up each day when they said they would. Their work was done to a high standard and I now have a very new and much improved heating system just in time for winter!
