Called Milenko after reading the reviews on here for a boiler that wouldn't stay hot. He came out the following morning, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day for a fair price, as well as giving it a full service. A complete professional and talked me through the options to fix in a completely unpressured way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

I needed to replace my boiler, which was probably installed 30+ years ago and was failing. I contacted Pinecone and Milenko came over that same evening. He gave me a clear and informative description of what was needed and less than 2 weeks later the new boiler is installed and working perfectly. Milenko was always helpful, describing what he was doing and why. As he went through the installation he fixed leaks, cleaned out radiators, and replaced dubious parts that had begun to fail. He was efficient, tidy, considerate, a great heating engineer, and I would recommend Milenko and Pinecone to everyone as a superb and utterly reliable plumbing and heating service.

Milenko is amazing! He worked out what was wrong with our boiler - something a previous heating engineer had missed. He’s just fitted a new one and it was a smooth experience from start to finish!! So knowledgeable, professional, and kind (he even hoovered afterwards which I have never experienced!)

Milenko is very knowledgable, experienced and accommodating. I had a fault with my boiler. I called Milenko on Wednesday afternoon and he attended in the evening. He completed all the checks and identified the fault. He provided me with multiple repair options including their costs. On Friday evening, Milenko attended and fixed the issue. Milenko is very professional and you can trust him. He found why my boiler was losing pressure (leaking from some valves behind the washing machine) and he repaired. He cleaned the pipes and add some air in correct place. He knew what he was talking about and he showed passion about his work. I highly recommend him.

I used Pinecone today, through Checkatrade. My boiler was leaking and hadn't been serviced in over a year because of the pandemic. Milenko called me promptly and gave me an estimate over the phone, and clarified that he could not be sure what exactly the job would entail but he could tell me what his hourly rate was and what possible reasons boilers leak. He turned up on time. When he came over, he fixed the leak and serviced the boiler. He also fixed my pipes in the bathroom that had rusted. These two issues were pretty big, and could've caused some major problems in the future if they weren't addressed quickly. As it was the Friday before the bank holiday weekend, I was really worried I was going to have a big problem on my hands with the leaking boiler. I found him very knowledgeable and thorough, and he kept me in the loop with everything he was doing. He also answered a lot of my questions about how heating and plumbing works, which I found very helpful. He is very honest and I felt safe to entrust him with the job, and I'm very glad now I can relax over the long weekend.
