Camden Town Plumbing is praised for friendly, knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to help, whether identifying the right flush mechanism or finding a specific plumbing item. Customers also value the helpful service, the option to order products in, and the team’s willingness to call around or suggest alternatives when something is unavailable.
The guy in the plumbing dept knew exactly which flush mechanism i needed to replace immediately. Definitely first port of call next plumbing problem I have :)
Very helpful indeed I would recommend
I like the staff and the coffee and they are always very helpful.
The chap in the plumbing department is so helpful. He went out of his way to assist me. Cannot thank him enough. Brilliant customer service 👏 👍
I dealt with the most amazing team there In Kentish Town - I dealt specifically with a man named Mark - what a great guy and very informative. He went above and beyond to assist me. CTP are among the best, they are there for your needs and if they can’t assist you that day , they can make sure to order it in for you .
Really really really helpful. They didn't have the specific thing I wanted. They called around and suggested places. Great customer service!
