We are very satisfied with the service provided by Eastend Plumbers. We had been experiencing lukewarm to cold showers for several weeks, and they helped us quickly identify the underlying issues. They provided clear, professional advice on the pros and cons of each repair or replacement option, which helped us make an informed decision that best suited our current situation. Special thanks to the engineer Mo. He replaced the broken parts in our boiler and patiently explained the most suitable and cost-saving temperature settings for both heating and hot water — and why they matter. He also took the time to double-check our shower system, showed us how to use it correctly, and even gave practical, professional advice on a small issue with the toilet seat. Overall, Mo was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely helpful. We really appreciated the honest advice and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Excellent service - top professionals
perfect, super quick repair of my leaking kitchen sink. Would recommend!!
Great service. Arrived on time and did a very okay job. Professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the tap wasn't installed correctly and was leaking from where the tap connects to the base. They told me the tap was faulty, when it wasn't, and then I spent time negotiating with the tap supplier. The supplier sent a new tap and east end plumbers returned to discover that they had not installed it properly in the first place. The plumber had also removed some of my copper pipping and replaced it with a flexi pipe which meant the tap wobbled on the deck. They did then put back my solid pipe when they returned. All in all, a simple job became very complicated and laborious.
Great service 🙂

Prompt, professional and efficient service all round for a bathroom hose that burst during the night. Writing this out in a step by step way in case others find this useful! Got through the switchboard to Anna (guessing the spelling, apologies) quickly at 3 something am. Anna was patient and passed on the details quickly to Lynn. Lynn calmly and promptly gave us instructions to isolate the water and turn it off, and booked for a plumber/engineer (Tom) who arrived at 9 am, as expected. Tom was also prompt and professional, explained everything clearly with minimal jargon, and carefully cut through tiling around the bath to access the hose. After identifying the issue, buying materials, and replacing the hose, Tom cleaned up the floor and promptly wrote up the report. Lynn also sent through the report promptly. Everything was as seamless, calm and efficiently done as it could be for an unexpected plumbing issue in the middle of the night.

Great plumbers, very efficient and good quality work
A really great service from start to finish. The ability to contact on whatsapp meant that we could send our request out of hours and then respond as and when which worked great with work. We were offered an appointment the very next morning which didn't suit but then another first thing the next day. The pricing was very clear and up front. The plumber, Mo, did an excellent job and was very friendly and communicative. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Great service, great engineer and very fair price! Thank you, East End.
Sent someone out super quickly and comms were great. They actually came when they said they were going to. The engineer was really lovely and knowledgeable and sorted the problem there and then.
Quick service & pumber was very helpful!
Very helpful! Engineer was fast and knew what he was doing. Recommended!
Was in such a panic. Found East End Plumbers on the Internet. Wasn't sure what to expect. We'll they came round within the 2 hours I called. Plumber fixed it and explained to me how to turn off the water to stop it over flowing. Had previously plumper come round and never told us that. Changed the parts, cleaned up after themselves. Would use them again if needed. Would also recommend them to other people. Thanks for great service
Great service! All fixed well
Great service. Mo sorted everything and showed me how to fix the problem with my toilet – "live YouTube demo" as he called it. Also bought replacement parts with a warranty which was appreciated.
Repaired a serious kitchen sink blockage involving clearing drains at the back of the house and removing dirt under a decking - job well done under an hour. Thank you
I had a leaking toilet and plumber came quickly on a Saturday morning! Excellent service and will definitely use again.
Great service. Plumber was profession
Best plumber I’ve used, very efficient, really friendly and gave some great advice for maintenance, highly recommended
Kitchen tap needed replacing, the team provided rates and same day appointment via WhatsApp. Mo the plumber was outstanding, friendly, clean, knowledgeable and managed to get it done in an hour despite the awkward position and tight space under the sink. Will definitely use again and highly recommend for both price and service.
Turned up quickly to fix a leak in an emergency. I wasn’t at the property myself but the plumber communicated well with me throughout so I understood what the problem was and what needed done. Will definitely use again.

I had a huge leak in my flat in east London , the man on the call was very understanding and sent someone very quickly. Very pleased, the only company I will use now
I had a big leak in the ceiling of my kitchen. After contacting a few different places for an emergency call out, East End sent someone to me within an hour of phoning. Mo was excellent- very skilled, found and explained the issue, worked quickly and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!
Had an emergency call out for a leaking bathroom pipe. Contacted via WhatsApp, engineer on site within 45minutes. Mo did a great job recommending a replacement and did the job quickly and cleaned up after. Great service and would definitely use agai!
Excellent service, really helpful and informative too. Will definitely use again! Update: Great service again from Mo!
Had an emergency call in as there was a leak from the toilet. East End Plumbers managed to get us a same day appointment and a very skilled and polite plumber Mo attended. We had to order a part which arrived the following day. Mo fixed the leak in a very timely and quick manner, cleaned up everything and the result is that we no longer have a bathroom leak! Highly recommend East End Plumbers and especially Mo.
Amazing work from Daniel today! Highly recommend his plumbing work!
I called this plumber in an emergency. They picked up straight away and helped me stop the water leaking, offering availability to solve the problem that afternoon. Very helpful. Thank you!
Really poor experience and definitely will not be choosing them in future. The plumber they sent round was a nice guy and did fix the issue (albeit after two trips), but during both visits caused permanent damage to our appliances (purple chemical stains) and furniture (bumped heavy equipment into wooden furniture). After raising the issue (within 48 hours), the response was rude and the team ultimately ended up accusing us of damaging our own possessions, before they stopped replying.
Very speedy efficient service. Workman was pleasant and helpful.
Incredible service. Emergency plumber needed and checked Google. So happy I contacted East End Plumbers. They were only ones to respond quickly on a Saturday night. Someone attend the burst pipe within an hour! I had a contact on what’s app too through out, was easily able to pay online and rates were very fair for out of hours, wirh work completed in under an hour. They returned on Monday first thing and completed remaining tasks… before I even had a chance to ask then they would be there. This is a genuine review… incredible service. And will use them again now for anyhing else.
Great service thanks
Very good service, he got the job done and just got on with it. Highly recommend.
And a very friendly engineer. Really recommend. Cleaned up afterwards and was very swift.
Plumber was very professional, highly skilled and a nice guy!

Great job, really quick to book and lovely chap. Really happy with the work and service.
Great service and attentive
The best tradespeople experience we've ever had. Mo was very professional, turned up on time and diligently worked away at very difficult plumbing repair. I'd recommend Eastend Plumbers without hesitation.
I had a leaking washing machine and piping from under the sink. An engineer called Mo came who did a fantastic job, he fixed the leak on the first day however unfortunately the washing machine began to leak after he left (not his fault). He visited again the following day ensuring the job was done. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and an overall really nice guy. He made sure everything was working before he left. I was only charged for the 1st days call out aswell. I would be happy to recommend if you want an honest, reliable plumber. I will definitely use this company again in the future should the need arise.
Great Service called them to my property in hackney. Same day completed Mo the engineer was top quality
Mo was very fast and resolved my problem very quickly. I was very happy with the service and will definitely recommend.
Punctual, professional & effective. 👍
Same day response, no fuss great, friendly service
These guys did a good job changing my tap and sink. They helped me return a sink to screw-fix. For a lot of jobs (as with all plumbers) they’ll charge on the first call out where they estimate the job. As a customer It’s important to get an idea on time estimate for the job as you’re charged hourly. And I’d recommend you get the plumbers opinion on the best fittings for your house, as I did have to return my initial order.
The engineer was very helpful and quick, he made sure to triple check that everything was resolved. Would definitely recommend!
They were quick and knowledgeable. They fixed the sink and the leaks within an hour. I'd highly recommend!
Very poor the so called 24 hour switchboard doesn't seem to work on Sunday so I tried calling Monday at 07.00, 08.00, 08.30 and then received a call from them at 09.20 ish by someone who does a very good job of sounding like he's half asleep and then wakes up miraculously when it's mentioned the job was done some months ago so is it covered by their 12 month guarantee and says they are SO busy he can't send anyone Monday and doubtful for Tuesday. I left my request on voice mail Sunday also by email Sunday and no reply to after 09.00 Monday. I arranged for another plumber who I was very happy with. These people were good first time I used them and useless the second time I tried.
Thank you so much! The plumber was amazing, sorted the problem in a timely matter and was super nice. Can’t recommend enough!
Very efficient and great customer service!
Fixed boiler in good time at a good price. Very polite and friendly engineer - will use again for servicing.
