Nick replaced the cylinder in our Lady Bay house and left the airing cupboard tidier than he found it. The price was the price he quoted.
Powerflush on a cold-at-the-bottom system in Arnold. Showed us what came out of the rads and fitted a magnetic filter while he was there.
Leak under the kitchen floor in Beeston. Found it without pulling up half the room, and fitted isolation valves so next time is easier.
New stop tap and isolation valves in West Bridgford. Thorough, and he showed me exactly what he had fitted.
Two radiators swapped in Chilwell, Beeston. Dust sheets down, old rads gone, not a mark left on the carpet.
Straight answer about what actually needed doing, fair price, no upsell.
